Our head chef hales from Michoacan, a state in Western Mexico known for its’ rich flavors and delicious fare. El Chubasco’s diverse menu features many personal recipes that have been in her family for many generations.
Along with over twenty varieties of salsas made fresh daily, house specialties include big burritos, spicy shrimp “camarones a la diabla,” street tacos and the best chile rellenos this side of the Rio Grande.
El Chubasco first opened its’ doors in 1997 to quickly become the famous Park City institution it is today. We use only the freshest ingredients in every dish, including eleven varieties of specialty peppers that are integral to creating our unique flavors.
